5. User Responsibilities

-Respect the time and terms set by Notaries for appointments.

6. Notary Responsibilities

7. Scheduling and Payments
-Users may schedule appointments with Notaries via the Platform.
-Payment terms, including fees and cancellations, will be clearly stated before booking.
-The Platform may collect payments on behalf of Notaries and transfer them accordingly.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
-Users may cancel or reschedule appointments per the cancellation policy displayed during booking.
-Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms communicated at the time of booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
Notary Calendar is not liable for:
-Any disputes or issues arising between Users and Notaries.
-Errors, omissions, or delays in the provision of notarial services.
-Losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to the Platform.
